Great view of the Capitol, but the food holds its own. I had a burger that was juicy and well-balanced, with crisp fries that didn’t disappoint. Lively but not chaotic, easygoing service, and a menu that hits comfort without feeling basic.

First time in Madison, Wisconsin from Mississippi. This menu... blew my mind. So many tasty options.
I had my first fried cheese curds, they were so perfectly crispy and delicious.
Pork dumpling soup, incredible.
Gojujang chicken and waffles was oh so tasty.

They were fully booked for brunch so we had to sit at the bar which was fine. The view is amazing in there and overall vibes were great. Obviously pricy but worth it for the experience! I really wanted to try more things on the menu but I went with the loaded hash brown and my girlfriend got the smash burger which was amazing. In the future I’d love to try the Korean dishes and the cheese curds. Also, the bacon egg & cheese egg roll was really unique and it was amazing with the crunch on the outside. Go here!

My fiancé and I were in town for a show, and I had a serious craving for Korean fried chicken. Naturally, we followed our stomachs to Graze Restaurant. Between the glowing reviews and the fact that it’s run by a James Beard Award–winning chef, it felt like the universe was gently but firmly pointing us there.
Our entrance was… concerning. lol An alarm was going off as we walked in. Turns out a water line had broken in the neighboring building. We made the most of it and shimmy danced to the strobe light and alarm.
Once seated, we ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Korean Fried Chicken & Waffle.
The Eggs Benedict came out with a perfectly poached egg, and the addition of a Dijon vinaigrette was something new for me — bright, tangy, and honestly such a great surprise twist.
The Korean Fried Chicken & Waffle was the star of the meal. The chicken was beautifully cooked, crispy outside, juicy inside, and that honey garlic gochujang glaze? Sweet, savory, just enough heat… the kind of flavor that makes you pause mid-bite and look at your partner like, “yoooooo!"
We devoured both dishes and left stuffed and happy. 10/10 recommend this place.

Great place! Packed on a warm friday night. Loved the cheese curds and especially the dip it came with. the bibimbap was delicious. Portions are on the larger side. The truffle chocolate was also really good, and the sorbet it came with was perfect!

One of the best cheese curds I’ve had in Madison.
I ordered the dolsot bibimbap, and the portion was very large. At first, the vegetables felt a bit undercooked. After mixing, the heat helped them soften and blend better, but I still would have preferred them cooked a little more. I was surprised to find crispy rice (누릉지) at the bottom, but it was a bit too hard. Overall, the seasoning also felt slightly too salty for my taste. I also appreciated that they provided chopsticks with the bibimbap—it felt thoughtful and considerate.
My friends ordered the smash burger, lemon berry pancakes, and a mimosa flight. They really enjoyed the mimosa flight, but the burger and pancakes were just okay.
The atmosphere was bright and pleasant, which made the meal enjoyable.

After finishing the Madison Marathon, we decided to come by for brunch and it was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff took great care of us from the moment we arrived. Once we checked in, we were promptly shown to our table and made comfortable right away. It was a perfect post-race stop with attentive service and a pleasant overall experience.

Great restaurant and location. This is my second time coming while visiting Madison. I made it a point to come back again since my first visit was so good. This time we came for brunch which I thought was fairly priced. With so many good options, it was very hard to choose. Our server and service were fantastic. We ordered an extra entree because we couldn't decide (common practice for a fat foodie). Every item from appetizers, cocktails and entrees had high quality ingredients that were masterfully crafted. I highly recommend a visit if you are in town.
